Starts are the days lessons begin. Student induction days are Thu-Fri 3-4 Sep, and new boarders arrive 29-30 Aug. Half terms are given as holiday dates (26-30 Oct, 15-19 Feb, 31 May-4 Jun), so each first half ends the Friday before and the second half restarts after any training day. The source spells 3 Nov as 'Tueaday'. Boarding houses close Sat 12 Dec and Sat 26 Jun (6pm) and open Sat 2 Jan. No school Mon 3 May (public holiday).
School details from the Department for Education's register (Open Government Licence). Term dates from the school's own published calendar; always confirm with the school.
