Vertova Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17462329) runs this website and is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@vertova.co.uk.

Browsing

We don't use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as your IP address) to deliver and protect the site.

Some features load from other services, which receive your IP address when they do:

• Maps: map tiles come from OpenStreetMap.
• Postcode search: the postcode you type is sent to postcodes.io to find its location. We don't store it.
• Page code: map software loads from cdnjs (Cloudflare).

Corrections

If you send a correction we keep your message, the page it concerns and, if you give it, your email address, so we can check and reply. We use it only for that, and delete it after 12 months.

Customers

If you buy a plan, Stripe processes your payment and billing details; we receive your name, email, address and subscription status. We keep these for as long as you're a customer and as long as tax law requires afterwards. API keys are stored only in hashed form.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing privacy@vertova.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Schools' information

School pages contain information about organisations, published by the schools themselves or by the Department for Education. They don't contain information about individual pupils or staff.
